5-time Region 8 Champion Rebecca Richards<\/strong> has been a member of Sweet Adeline International since 1991, but says she really started at the age of four singing baritone to all of her mother\u2019s quartet songs. From singing in the church choir as a child to singing with numerous choirs in school as a teenager to harmonizing at home with her kids as an adult, being a part of a vocal music ensemble has always been an integral part of her life. Rebecca is a member of the five-time Region 8 Championship Quartet, Ruby Blue, and has been the proud director of High Country Chorus since\u00a0 2014. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n\n Jim is the Music Director of the America The Beautiful Barbershop Chorus in Colorado Springs and his day job is working for Harmony Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the Barbershop Harmony Society, \u00a0which raises money for outreach projects including many youth opportunities (International Youth Chorus Festival held annually in January, International Youth Quartet contest held annually in July). He has won many International Chorus medals with the Sound of the Rockies and sings lead in Storm Front, which won the gold medal in 2010.\u00a0 Jim will be the clinician for the Men\u2019s Chorus at Summer Harmony Camp 2022.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n ![\"\"](\"https:\/\/summerharmonycamp.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Storm-Front-300x194.png\")

\n2010 International Champions<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n The comedy quartet Storm Front created plenty of thunderous applause and light-hearted laughter as they won the coveted Gold Medal at the Barbershop Harmony Society\u2019s 2010 International quartet contest Saturday evening at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The competition was fierce and the energy high among the 51 quartets participating in the Society\u2019s 72nd Annual International Convention.
